yes!!

it's finally over!!

let's just forget the fact that i screwed up the last paper damn bad.

i really really just hope i won't da pao.

but aiyah for the time being, bye bye school work!!

time for war.

nus exams officially start tomorrow.

mine starts on 24th.

i end on 30th.

to those who end after me, my condolences.

to those who end before me, shut up.

i am so bloody looking forward to the end of exams.

but anyway, jia you everyone, and good luck.

once it's all over let's go out and lar kopi and celebrate.

i won't be posting till then too.

let's all work hard.

p.s. i hate exams.

p.p.s. i really hate exams.

p.p.p.s. i really, really, really hate exams.

fruits of labour.

i have a strong feeling that the most important skill i will learn from my entire engineering course is forcing myself to put in an insane amount of time and effort into doing things i absolutely hate.

i wasted the first three pieces of paper writing the stupid feedback helpsheet because i kept writing it crooked.

i ended up placing foolscap paper beneath it so i can see the lines and hence write straighter.

and so it begins.

by this time i already felt like vomitting.

and by this time i have not a shadow of doubt about my hatred for engineering modules.

what are candle light dinners??

what are surprise parties??

99 roses??

999 cranes??

perhaps one day when (or if) i do get a girlfriend and i want to show her my undying love and give her a gift that would take excruciating effort to make, i would write her a piece of feedback helpsheet.

it's confirmed.

i'm getting more and more sure.

i have a fetish for girls with braces!

repetition might make me change.

i love engin.

fluid mechanics is so fun; can learn how water flows!
mechanics of materials; can learn why stupid beams bend the way they do!
fundamentals of mechanical design; cams and linkages and shafts and bearings are so...so... fun!!
feedback control systems; the best: frequency response and how it has nothing to do with us at all!

i love engin.

engin is fun.
engin is fun.
engin is fun.
engin is fun.
engin is fun.
engin is fun.

nus students are very studious.

knowing i like avocado, rav4 was very nice and and made me an exam wellness pack; avocado milkshake!

she was watching intently while i opened the thing up. i said don't like that leh i very stressed. she said she even more stressed.

okay i have no idea why it looks so disgusting in the picture but it's actually quite yummy. and best of all, it's healthy! rav4 says got alot of omega3. whatever the hell that is.

i only know omega b the pony-tailed man in x-men.

yih study area is full. full as in, really full. full as in one single seat also cannot find de full.

this was taken in the afternoon.

and this was taken at 10.30 p.m.

don't be fooled by the empty seats. they're all occupied!

why are all these people so frickin' hardworking? why can't they make the world a better place by slacing abit?

stupid people like me need to spend alot of time on studying.

but why can't the smart people go get some life and go and play more so that stupid people like me won't be constantly living in fear of being kicked out of nus??

and this reminds me of last semester.

because the library was so explosively full, an angmoh came to share table with me.

an exchange student apparently.

after awhile he asked me "is it very competitive here in nus?"

i said "er yeah. people here are very smart. and they are damn hardworking too. just look."

*both of us stupidly give a blank stare at the sea of studious muggers*

then he got quite emotional and said quite loudly "don't u guys have a life?!"

and went on to tell me how in the states they have a cut-off timing for studies and go out to play.

i wanted to scream at him and tell him how i wish i could do that too but knn i can't.

"byebye!"

been studying at engin these days instead of central library.

today, by some strange twist of fate, i was back in central library.. and there was a hot girl sitting opposite me!

hot not as in the conventional sense of the word..

she's abit the guai, but kinda lian... abit the lian, but kinda guai..

she's got braces and tattoos.

not the kind to make u go "whoa"! all of a sudden, but is really very chio if u look closely!

man, i think i've got a thing for braces.

just as the library was closing, we talked!

ok the content of the conversation was irrelevant but she was... really... really.. very.. very.. chio....

waahahaha i think i'm going to get alot of flak for sounding like a despo again but she is really... really... very... very... chio...!!

and she exudes just the right kind of aura!

kaoz, next time see her i think i will shang liao.

and when i left, she totally, wholly, entirely, got me by saying "byebye" in the most.. most... ATTRACTIVE way i've ever heard the words "byebye" being said..

it was like.. sort of a whisper because we're in the library.. but yet it's so bubbly and full of zest and life!

omg i'm quite disgusted at the way i've put it but i really cannot help it!

it was just like... like...

"byebye!"

awwwww......

*kang dies*

elitist dotarians.

i was dota-ing and the game was kinda noobish because even amateur me managed to own.

some time into the game, my allies started scolding each other.

i was like "how childish".

they started calling each other noobs and i was sitting there smiling to myself because limpeh got most kills also diam diam they got the cheek to blast here blast there.

being a very animous person, all i said was "aiyo stop it lah".

but this wasn't the end.

one of them losers started speaking "good english" and insulting the other party's standard of english and gp results in particular.

i mean, simi lan?

who bothers to speak good english in dota?!

that fella kaopeh kaobu in front of the wrong bunch of people man.

the last straw came when he also mentioned that he's from his school's debate team and STUDENT COUNCIL!!

a councillor!!

wah i damn scared!!!!

big shot sia!!!!

knn.

so he's a councillor.

no wonder so fucked up.

how to blame me? how to make my never-ending hatred for councillors with artificially inflated egos go away? how to make them wake up their ideas?

it does not take an exemplary person to be a councillor.

seen so many fucked up individuals rise through the ranks and think they're so almighty and outstanding.

get a life man.

unintended slacking.

the engineers were supposed to go to hon sui sen memorial library to borrow prof tay's "directors' duties and liabilities".

in addition to prof tay's books, they also emerged with 3 dilbert comics.

and kang kang later found out that the general section of the library is actually quite gosu; they have mario puzo's the last don too!

holy shit.

after exams i'll go raid the biz library, central library, and the community libaries. and of course, borders!!

muahahahahaha.

invasion of the apes.

on 184 on the way to school, i suddenly heard hysterical screams of siao char bors from outside the bus.

initially i thought they were playing stupid games that siao char bors like to play, until i saw..

what they were screaming about...

monkeys!!!

alot alot of monkeys!! damn cute!!

one was sitting at the seat, as though waiting for a bus.. the others were scattered around slacking. in total there were like 7-8 in total. i think today new paper will report.

so bizzare!

and i just couldn't resist showing you a picture of my gorilla friend and his monkey counterpart trapped in a cage.

the black and white effect works well here.

if only i had a banana..
